三、加(jia)(jia)減分(fen)(fen)法(fa)。首先確(que)定(ding)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)基數(shu),達(da)(da)到這(zhe)個(ge)基數(shu)時,得分(fen)(fen)為一(yi)(yi)(yi)百分(fen)(fen),當實際達(da)(da)成超(chao)過或(huo)(huo)低于(yu)該基數(shu)時,按一(yi)(yi)(yi)定(ding)規則加(jia)(jia)減分(fen)(fen)。比(bi)如某班組每班次生產產品五十臺(tai)為基準得分(fen)(fen)為一(yi)(yi)(yi)百分(fen)(fen),每多或(huo)(huo)少(shao)生產一(yi)(yi)(yi)臺(tai)則加(jia)(jia)或(huo)(huo)減五分(fen)(fen),一(yi)(yi)(yi)般會設置最(zui)(zui)高(gao)加(jia)(jia)分(fen)(fen),如最(zui)(zui)高(gao)加(jia)(jia)二(er)十分(fen)(fen),加(jia)(jia)減分(fen)(fen)法(fa)一(yi)(yi)(yi)般適用于(yu)目標任務比(bi)較明確(que),技術比(bi)較穩定(ding)的情況。
