2、按應出勤(qin)(qin)天數(shu)(shu)計(ji)算日工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。因為(wei)有很多(duo)企業在實(shi)際(ji)經(jing)營過程中(zhong),并不是(shi)(shi)(shi)采用雙(shuang)休的(de)標準(zhun)(zhun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作制。所(suo)以(yi)如果用21.75這個計(ji)薪天數(shu)(shu)可能就不太準(zhun)(zhun)確,因為(wei)21.75是(shi)(shi)(shi)按照雙(shuang)休的(de)標準(zhun)(zhun)計(ji)算出來的(de)出勤(qin)(qin)天數(shu)(shu)。所(suo)以(yi)對于(yu)這類(lei)企業,就可以(yi)按照應出勤(qin)(qin)天數(shu)(shu)來核算日工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)計(ji)算的(de)方法,就是(shi)(shi)(shi)日工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)等于(yu)月工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)除(chu)以(yi)當月的(de)應出勤(qin)(qin)天數(shu)(shu)。舉個例子,老(lao)劉(liu)上(shang)班的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)單休,2023年6月,老(lao)劉(liu)的(de)應出勤(qin)(qin)天數(shu)(shu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)24天,月工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)3000塊。那(nei)老(lao)劉(liu)當月的(de)日工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi),就是(shi)(shi)(shi)3000除(chu)以(yi)24等于(yu)125元。那(nei)同樣的(de)道理,員工(gong)(gong)(gong)在當月的(de)實(shi)際(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)多(duo)少?就按照實(shi)際(ji)出勤(qin)(qin)天數(shu)(shu)進行核算即可。
3、按照日歷天(tian)數(shu)計(ji)算日工(gong)資。在(zai)這種(zhong)模式下(xia)(xia),日工(gong)資等于月(yue)工(gong)資除以當月(yue)的(de)(de)日歷天(tian)數(shu)。舉例,老劉(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)月(yue)工(gong)資是(shi)3000塊(kuai)(kuai),六月(yue)的(de)(de)日歷天(tian)數(shu)是(shi)30天(tian),則老劉(liu)(liu)當月(yue)的(de)(de)日工(gong)資就是(shi)3000除以30等于100塊(kuai)(kuai)。需(xu)要注意(yi)的(de)(de)是(shi),在(zai)這種(zhong)情(qing)況下(xia)(xia),休息日和(he)法定節假日都是(shi)有(you)工(gong)資的(de)(de),員工(gong)當月(yue)的(de)(de)實際工(gong)資是(shi)多少?就按照其(qi)在(zai)職時間統計(ji)就可以了。當然(ran),工(gong)作日請(qing)假還是(shi)要扣除的(de)(de)。
