 員工的收入總是免不了存在差異,產生差異的原因可能會很多。比如員工入職的時候薪酬談判,有些人比較會談工資,有些人不太會談工資,所以員工入職的時候就可能存在這種工資差異。盡管公平是薪酬體系里面的首要原則,但是公平它總是相對的,沒有*的公平。并且公平它是一種感覺,即使大家的工資都一樣,也會認為不公平。所以

2、專人(ren)(ren)(ren)專責。比如人(ren)(ren)(ren)力資源部門(men)(men)要指定(ding)專門(men)(men)的(de)薪酬(chou)(chou)核算人(ren)(ren)(ren)員,財務部門(men)(men)要指定(ding)專門(men)(men)的(de)薪酬(chou)(chou)的(de)審核以(yi)及工資發放人(ren)(ren)(ren)員,其他(ta)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員一概(gai)不得借助薪酬(chou)(chou)數(shu)據。

3、作(zuo)業流程(cheng)上(shang)一定(ding)要(yao)(yao)保密。比如(ru)負責編(bian)制(zhi)工(gong)資表的(de)(de)(de)(de)員(yuan)工(gong),在做工(gong)資表的(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候,不(bu)允許其(qi)他(ta)無關人員(yuan)在場,必要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候,還(huan)(huan)可以在電腦上(shang)貼上(shang)一個防偷窺膜,通過郵箱(xiang)傳送,去清除數(shu)據的(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候,都是(shi)用對數(shu)據進行加密處(chu)理。當然了(le),最最重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)還(huan)(huan)是(shi)要(yao)(yao)不(bu)斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)強化宣(xuan)導(dao),讓(rang)員(yuan)工(gong)彼(bi)此(ci)之間不(bu)要(yao)(yao)討論工(gong)資,可以制(zhi)定(ding)相應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)處(chu)罰規則。比如(ru)誰的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)資被別(bie)人知道了(le),那就直接對他(ta)進行量刑(xing)。

其實工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)職責和工(gong)資(zi)不匹配(pei),這種事情在(zai)職場當(dang)中是非常(chang)常(chang)見的(de)。雖(sui)然都主(zhu)張(zhang)多勞(lao)多得(de),少勞(lao)少得(de)。但總是免不了新員工(gong)的(de)工(gong)資(zi)比老(lao)員工(gong)高,即使在(zai)相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)崗位上,也有(you)可能存在(zai)工(gong)資(zi)差異(yi)。所以工(gong)資(zi)保密還(huan)是非常(chang)重要的(de)一項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。工(gong)資(zi)一旦透明了,那就炸鍋了。
