記住這三個試(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi)考(kao)核(he)(he)的核(he)(he)心原則,可以幫你規避大多(duo)數試(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi)用(yong)(yong)工風險。

三、狠。試用(yong)期考核的狠是(shi)指如果(guo)一(yi)旦(dan)(dan)判斷出新(xin)員工不(bu)符(fu)合公司或(huo)者(zhe)崗(gang)位的用(yong)人(ren)標準,就應該(gai)(gai)馬上(shang)采取行動,要么(me)協商調崗(gang),要么(me)在留(liu)有充足證據的情況下,以不(bu)符(fu)合錄用(yong)條件為由辭退該(gai)(gai)員工,千萬不(bu)要猶(you)豫不(bu)決,尤其是(shi)不(bu)要試用(yong)期都過了,還沒有決定員工的去留(liu),或(huo)者(zhe)是(shi)隨意延長(chang)試用(yong)期,請記住(zhu)一(yi)旦(dan)(dan)約定的試用(yong)期結束,就默認為員工已經轉正,哪怕是(shi)一(yi)天(tian)都不(bu)行,這也是(shi)很多企(qi)業產生勞動爭議的重要原(yuan)因,到時(shi)候背(bei)鍋(guo)的還是(shi)你。
