二、努力工(gong)(gong)作不(bu)只是(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)(shi)長,早(zao)上八點半(ban)到公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)晚上八點半(ban)離(li)開(kai)不(bu)代表努力,努力的(de)(de)前提是(shi)(shi)把工(gong)(gong)作做好(hao),還要(yao)接受(shou)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)、服(fu)從管理(li)、做好(hao)心(xin)態管理(li)和(he)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)管理(li),并(bing)且要(yao)接觸公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)產品文(wen)化(hua)(hua),這樣才能得(de)到公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)認可和(he)尊重。常規工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)(shi)間(jian)內的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作若沒(mei)有業(ye)績、能力,也不(bu)接受(shou)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)產品,是(shi)(shi)沒(mei)什(shen)么(me)用的(de)(de)。
