教授(shou)級高(gao)(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong). 捷瑞(rui)科技專(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)委員會(hui)主任、原(yuan)信息產業(ye)(ye)部(bu)(bu)(bu)電(dian)子(zi)(zi)第五研(yan)(yan)(yan)究所(中(zhong)國賽(sai)寶(bao)實驗室)副總(zong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi);可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)首席(xi)技術專(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)、六西格(ge)瑪專(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)、電(dian)子(zi)(zi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)質量(liang)可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)培(pei)訓(xun)中(zhong)心教授(shou)、原(yuan)電(dian)子(zi)(zi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)部(bu)(bu)(bu)行業(ye)(ye)可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)管(guan)(guan)理(li)高(gao)(gao)級工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)。長(chang)期從事可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)設(she)計、分(fen)(fen)析、試(shi)驗與可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)管(guan)(guan)理(li)技術的(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。從事航天測控系統(tong)建設(she)、技術保障(zhang)、組(zu)織(zhi)指揮工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作21年;從1987年12月(yue)起,從事系統(tong)可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、環境適(shi)應性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)和系統(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)及其管(guan)(guan)理(li)技術的(de)科研(yan)(yan)(yan)、試(shi)驗和管(guan)(guan)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,在所內組(zu)織(zhi)完(wan)成了“殲(jian)7殲(jian)8飛機(ji)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)機(ji)載電(dian)子(zi)(zi)設(she)備(bei)(bei)可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)增(zeng)長(chang)課題”、“殲(jian)轟(hong)7飛機(ji)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)機(ji)載電(dian)子(zi)(zi)設(she)備(bei)(bei)可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)測定與增(zeng)長(chang)課題”、“軍(jun)用(yong)電(dian)子(zi)(zi)裝備(bei)(bei)可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)評價(jia)和三(san)防評價(jia)預研(yan)(yan)(yan)”等(deng)(deng)課題,主持完(wan)成了“海軍(jun)412短波自適(shi)應電(dian)臺(tai)環境應力篩選研(yan)(yan)(yan)究”課題;組(zu)織(zhi)電(dian)子(zi)(zi)行業(ye)(ye)有關專(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)共同完(wan)成了“軍(jun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)子(zi)(zi)裝備(bei)(bei)現場使用(yong)可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)維修性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)調(diao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)”、“軍(jun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)重點型號電(dian)子(zi)(zi)裝備(bei)(bei)可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)外部(bu)(bu)(bu)監(jian)督(du)管(guan)(guan)理(li)辦(ban)法研(yan)(yan)(yan)究”、“軍(jun)用(yong)電(dian)子(zi)(zi)設(she)備(bei)(bei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)管(guan)(guan)理(li)指南研(yan)(yan)(yan)究”、“R&M國軍(jun)標在武器裝備(bei)(bei)上實施(shi)情況的(de)跟(gen)蹤研(yan)(yan)(yan)究”等(deng)(deng)課題。完(wan)成了各項課題報告(gao)和《軍(jun)用(yong)電(dian)子(zi)(zi)設(she)備(bei)(bei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)管(guan)(guan)理(li)指南》的(de)編制;為原(yuan)國防科委《參謀業(ye)(ye)務手冊》編寫(xie)了“導彈的(de)測量(liang)控制”章;其專(zhuan)著《以故(gu)障(zhang)為中(zhong)心的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)》由國防工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)出版(ban)社于(yu)1995年出版(ban)。對六西格(ge)瑪設(she)計、零缺陷管(guan)(guan)理(li)等(deng)(deng)*管(guan)(guan)理(li)理(li)論(lun)有深入研(yan)(yan)(yan)究并(bing)具豐(feng)富經驗。
