1、Minitab基本介紹(Introduction to Minitab)
(1)Minitab基(ji)本(ben)結構、使用技巧、保存數據、保存圖(tu)形、新建項目文件等(Minitab interface、Minitab Tips、save data, save graphs, how to new projects);
(2)如何基于Minitab拆分(fen)、合并工(gong)作表、堆疊數據(ju)、對(dui)數據(ju)進行排序和子集化(hua)操作(Split and merge worksheet and subset of worksheet. Sort data);
(3)基礎統(tong)計學(xue):統(tong)計學(xue)分析思路,正態分布,各種常見統(tong)計參數(Basic statistics: normal distribution test and some Descriptive statistics);
(4)直方圖、散點圖、箱線圖、概率圖、時間序(xu)列圖、餅圖、Pareto 等(histogram、scatterplot、boxplot and probability plot、time series plot、pie chart main effect plot and pareto plot and so on);
(5)基于圖形(xing)進行數據(ju)分析(xi)的案例(li)(Case study on using some kinds of plot);
2、SPC原理及(ji)各種控(kong)制(zhi)圖(Statistical process control)
(1)控制(zhi)圖(tu)的(de)基本原(yuan)理,控制(zhi)限(xian)的(de)計算,控制(zhi)限(xian)與規格限(xian)的(de)區(qu)別(bie)于聯系(xi)(The principle of control chart, how to calculate the control limit, the difference between control limit and spec limit);

(3)PP、PPk的(de)使用(yong)及計算;Cp、Cpk、Pp、PPk的(de)區別與(yu)聯系;PPM的(de)計算(The difference between CP, PP and CPk, PPk;How to calculate CP /CPk or PP/PPk then the data normal);
(4)西(xi)格(ge)瑪水平(ping)(ping)Z值的計(ji)算及意義,基準的西(xi)格(ge)瑪水平(ping)(ping)能力計(ji)算分析(How to calculate CP /CPk or PP/PPk then the data normal);
(5)對非正態分布數據的(de)能力分析:Box-Cox轉換原理、Johnson變(bian)換及選擇(Capability analysis for nonnormal data: BOX-COX transform and Johnson transform);
