我(wo)記得剛(gang)剛(gang)踏入社會的(de)(de)時候,一(yi)位馳騁(cheng)沙場多(duo)年的(de)(de)企業(ye)老(lao)板問我(wo),如(ru)(ru)果(guo)(guo)你(ni)創(chuang)業(ye)給你(ni)三個條(tiao)件:人(ren)、項(xiang)目、資(zi)(zi)金,現(xian)在你(ni)選(xuan)擇一(yi)個最想要的(de)(de)因素(su),你(ni)選(xuan)擇什么(me)(me)?我(wo)很(hen)干脆的(de)(de)回(hui)答(da)“人(ren)”。他說,你(ni)的(de)(de)理由是(shi)什么(me)(me)?沒(mei)有(you)錢,如(ru)(ru)果(guo)(guo)有(you)一(yi)個善于融資(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)人(ren)我(wo)并(bing)不發愁錢,即(ji)使(shi)(shi)融不來資(zi)(zi)金,如(ru)(ru)果(guo)(guo)這幫人(ren)一(yi)心一(yi)意的(de)(de)跟我(wo)創(chuang)業(ye),也(ye)不會成為什么(me)(me)困難。如(ru)(ru)果(guo)(guo)有(you)一(yi)群富(fu)有(you)創(chuang)造力的(de)(de)人(ren)即(ji)使(shi)(shi)缺少了項(xiang)目,也(ye)會乘風破(po)浪創(chuang)造業(ye)績(ji)。這足以說明(ming)重視人(ren)的因素在經(jing)營企(qi)業多(duo)么的至(zhi)關重要,誠信是維護人(ren)與人(ren)關系的根本。
我的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個朋(peng)友是(shi)(shi)(shi)做房地(di)產的(de)(de)(de)生意人(ren)(ren)。剛開始從小(xiao)項(xiang)目向(xiang)大(da)(da)項(xiang)目發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)時候也(ye)忽略了(le)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個企業經營至(zhi)關重(zhong)(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)問題就是(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資問題。由(you)于是(shi)(shi)(shi)從小(xiao)企業剛剛向(xiang)大(da)(da)企業發(fa)展(zhan)肯定在各方面缺錢(qian),但(dan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)他沒有考慮更多因素,背負(fu)著更多的(de)(de)(de)債務,把最終(zhong)重(zhong)(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)還(huan)錢(qian)機會給了(le)供(gong)應(ying)商,覺得員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)是(shi)(shi)(shi)自己人(ren)(ren)可以(yi)應(ying)付(fu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)下(xia),結(jie)果就在過年(nian)前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)直一(yi)(yi)(yi)點(dian)錢(qian)都沒發(fa)就給員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)放(fang)假了(le)。過了(le)春節(jie),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)們大(da)(da)多數(shu)沒有返回工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)干(gan)活。而此時正(zheng)是(shi)(shi)(shi)大(da)(da)廈從第幾打到(dao)地(di)上一(yi)(yi)(yi)層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)時候,急需(xu)要用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)卻遲遲不(bu)能(neng)到(dao)位,急壞了(le)老板(ban)。更讓人(ren)(ren)想(xiang)不(bu)到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)甲方監理人(ren)(ren)員發(fa)現從地(di)下(xia)三層(ceng)到(dao)地(di)上一(yi)(yi)(yi)層(ceng)所有的(de)(de)(de)混凝土澆筑(zhu)嚴重(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)合格(ge)且無(wu)法修復必須拆掉重(zhong)(zhong)新澆筑(zhu)。這(zhe)簡直是(shi)(shi)(shi)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)滅頂(ding)之災,不(bu)但(dan)意味著前(qian)面的(de)(de)(de)活白(bai)干(gan)了(le)還(huan)要搭上拆除(chu)不(bu)合格(ge)建筑(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)費用(yong)(yong)(yong)。有人(ren)(ren)告(gao)訴(su)他這(zhe)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)年(nian)前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)直沒發(fa)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資大(da)(da)家心里(li)懷著怨氣(qi)的(de)(de)(de)結(jie)果。從此以(yi)后,他規定公司(si)任何費用(yong)(yong)(yong)都可以(yi)欠就是(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)能(neng)拖欠員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資。
拖(tuo)欠工資表面上看老板占盡了便宜,實(shi)則(ze)吃(chi)了大虧。首(shou)(shou)先(xian),資(zi)金可以*化得流轉。其次,可以制(zhi)約(yue)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)流失跳槽。表面上看占(zhan)盡(jin)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)便宜,其實,拖(tuo)(tuo)欠工(gong)(gong)資(zi)就(jiu)是(shi)作(zuo)死的(de)節奏。為(wei)(wei)什么這(zhe)(zhe)么說呢?首(shou)(shou)先(xian),是(shi)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)們指(zhi)著工(gong)(gong)資(zi)養(yang)家糊口(kou),長期拖(tuo)(tuo)欠必然導(dao)致員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)經(jing)濟困難,嚴重激發(fa)不(bu)(bu)(bu)滿。其次,拖(tuo)(tuo)欠工(gong)(gong)資(zi)導(dao)致在職員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)積極(ji)性不(bu)(bu)(bu)高,經(jing)常以應付作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)回應手段。再(zai)有,引發(fa)大規模(mo)官司造成(cheng)大規模(mo)法律(lv)風險。即使一些員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)能(neng)夠長期忍(ren)受拖(tuo)(tuo)欠工(gong)(gong)資(zi),也不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)代表這(zhe)(zhe)些員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)就(jiu)是(shi)好員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)。凡是(shi)能(neng)夠連這(zhe)(zhe)樣苛(ke)刻(ke)條(tiao)件都(dou)能(neng)忍(ren)受的(de)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)一定(ding)都(dou)是(shi)所謂的(de)順民,也就(jiu)是(shi)一群“奴(nu)隸性”的(de)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)。這(zhe)(zhe)樣的(de)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)是(shi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)創造任何價值,反而會帶來更大的(de)企業負擔(dan)。所以,拖(tuo)(tuo)欠員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)就(jiu)是(shi)死路(lu)一條(tiao)。
做(zuo)企業(ye),要講誠(cheng)信(xin)。李嘉誠(cheng)就是因為誠(cheng)信(xin)才會(hui)得到事(shi)業(ye)的(de)發展,依靠誠(cheng)信(xin)他的(de)事(shi)業(ye)風(feng)風(feng)火火。不講誠(cheng)信(xin)連員(yuan)工(gong)工(gong)資都坑的(de)企業(ye)那(nei)就是自己毒(du)死(si)了(le)良心(xin),堵死(si)了(le)發展道路。做(zuo)企業(ye),切記(ji),不可不講誠(cheng)信(xin)長(chang)期拖(tuo)欠員(yuan)工(gong)工(gong)資。否(fou)則必遭(zao)報應,這就是人(ren)心(xin)和事(shi)物發展的(de)規律。
做企業,善經營,懂管理,得人(ren)心,講誠信(xin)。這才是企業的根(gen)本經營之(zhi)道。
